Didier Drogba to sign new four-year deal at Chelsea

Didier Drogba will sign a new four-year contract worth £25million and stay at Chelsea.
The Ivory Coast striker missed the club's pre-season tour of the Far East and Russia to receive intensive treatment on a long-standing knee injury at the club's training HQ at Cobham.
Drogba said: "I am confident talks with Chelsea will lead to a positive resolve about my future."
During his rehabilitation Drogba has been in constant touch with new boss Luiz Felipe Scolari and reiterated his desire to remain at Stamford Bridge.
Those declarations followed persistent claims that he was unhappy and would be bound for either Italy or Spain this summer after being linked with AC Milan and Barcelona.
