David Healy added to his list of debut goals to fire up Doncaster.
The striker arrived on loan from Sunderland having not played a club game since April.
Steve Morison put Millwall into an early lead but James Hayter drew Rovers level before Healy completed a second-half revival.
Having scored on debuts for Leeds, Fulham, Sunderland and Northern Ireland, Healy said: “It was a nice introduction and I’m looking forward to more goals and appearances for this club.”
The visitors’ Kevin Lisbie moaned: “We had chances at the end.”
