Dundee produced a tremendous second-half comeback to clinch the Challenge Cup Trophy with a 3-2 win at the expense of Division One title rivals Caledonian Thistle.
In a first half that was dominated by Inverness, Adam Rooney gave the Highland Capital club a 20th-minute lead with a close-range header from a Jonny Hayes cross, before Nauris Bulvitis forced the ball home from close range to double Caley Thistle's lead after 33 minutes.
It was a rejuvenated Dundee that emerged for the second half and within seven minutes of the restart they were level, a Bulvitis own-goal and Gary Harkins restoring parity. The Dark Blues completed their remarkable fightback seven minutes from time as Craig Forsyth fired home a Harkins cut back to defeat Caley Thistle, who finished with 10-men after sub Dougie Imrie was shown a straight red card injury-time.
