Southend manager Steve Tilson will be able to trade in the January transfer window after the club resolved their issues with the Football League.
The League One side narrowly avoided going into administration earlier this season and as a result Tilson has only been allowed to sign players on emergency loan deals.
But the Shrimpers have confirmed that Tilson will be able to sign players on non-emergency terms in January should he wish.
