Montenegro sack boss following Wales defeat

Montenegro boss Zlatko Kranjcar last night paid the price for failure in Wales when he was sacked just four weeks before the showdown with England.
Kranjcar was replaced by his assistant Branko Brnovic even though victory in their final two games will give Montenegro Group G and an automatic place at Euro 2012.
Even if they lose to England but beat Switzerland, they will finish second and face a playoff.
Montenegro's group position weakened after Friday's shock 2-1 defeat in Cardiff, which left them needing to beat England in Podgorica on October 7. They are three points clear of Switzerland in the battle for second place with both teams having two games left.
