Cahill returns to keep World Cup dream alive

Gary Cahill hopes he can force his way into England's World Cup squad as he returns to training today.
The Bolton centre-half felt his chances of going to South Africa were over when he was admitted to hospital last month with a blood clot in his left arm.
But he has been given the all-clear to play again and was due to resume work at Euxton today.
Cahill said: "If I can get back playing well and pick up where I left off, you never know what might happen with England.
"Catching it so early has saved months of treatment. To have missed only a month and be on the verge of returning to full training with the rest of the squad is a massive turnaround.
"I now have a chance to feature in the run-in. I am going to work hard and make sure I am in the best possible condition when that time comes around."
