England plot to steal Aaron Hunt from Germany

England are considering an approach to poach one of Germany's most promising youngsters.
Werder Bremen striker Aaron Hunt, who has represented the nation of his birth at Under-16, Under-17 and Under-21 level, qualifies for England through his English-born mother.
That knowledge has prompted England's Under-21 boss Stuart Pearce to examine the situation even though, at 23, he no longer qualifies for that age group.
But England know that if they want to persuade Hunt to switch allegiance they need to move quickly. He is expected to win his first senior cap soon and, once he plays for Germany's full national side, he will be ineligible for England.
