Blunder referee Pavel Kralovec will take charge of England's friendly against Sweden - despite once being banned for six games.
The Czech official, 34, made a string of high-profile of mistakes in a domestic match between Slavia Prague and Mlada Boleslav four seasons ago.
Kralovec was beaten up by fans and forced to make a public apology after his errors caused a major storm in the Czech League.
However, he has rebuilt his career, reffing at last summer's U17s World Cup and and Manchester City's recent win at Villarreal in the Champions League.
