Euro 2008: Czech Republic v Portugal preview
Published 00:00 11/06/08 By By Martin Lipton
Portugal boss Luiz Felipe Scolari last night called on his side to go all out to top Group A - and ensure they avoid a last eight clash with Germany.
The Portuguese took a giant step towards the knock-out phase with their opening victory over Turkey and a repeat against the Czech Republic in Geneva this evening would virtually guarantee them first place in their section.
Scolari said: "Tactically speaking there is no-one better than the Germans and it is important that we do not play them too early."
Czech coach Karel Bruckner admitted: "We will have to mark Cristiano Ronaldo with two or even three players."
