Euro 2008: Italy to make Marcello Lippi new boss

Italy's World Cup-winning coach Marcello Lippi is poised to take charge of the Azzurri for a second time after their Euro 2008 exit.
Current boss Roberto Donadoni is expected to be sacked today, after they were beaten on penalties by Spain in the quarterfinals on Sunday.
Lippi, who quit as coach after leading Italy to their fourth World Cup success in Germany two years ago, is expected to be in place by the end of the month.
His return could tempt Roma forward Francesco Totti, who retired from international football last summer, into a comeback.
