Revived Rooney ready to roar for Three Lions

Fabio Capello will unleash a born-again Wayne Rooney on Wales today - convinced the star is finally ready to roar again.
Rooney has scored just once in his last 14 England appearances since completing the 5-1 World Cup rout of Croatia 18 months ago.
But the Manchester United star has started to put his South Africa, form and fitness horrors behind him with a series of impressive displays for the Old Trafford side.
And with Capello declining to risk Andy Carroll (left) up front in the Millennium Stadium, the England boss believes Rooney will break his drought and lead the Three Lions to three Euro 2012 qualifying points.
Capello said: “Rooney is back. He is playing well.
“He played really well in the games where I went to see him for United and also the other matches I watched on television. When I look at Rooney now, I can see he is back in a really good moment for us.”
But Rooney will have to wait to develop his partnership with Carroll.
Capello added: “I monitored Andy Carroll in the games he played for Liverpool and went to see him. He needs more games to play at the level he was at before he was injured.
“He is a dangerous player but he is not fit to play 90 minutes.”
