Barcelona plot move for Clichy or Bale

Barcelona may be set to enrage Arsenal further by bidding for Gael Clichy.
Mundo Deportivo claim that in addition to Cesc Fabregas, Barca have their eye on landing a couple of defensive recruits including Clichy, or Tottenham’s Gareth Bale.
The Spanish champions are believed to be in the market for a new left-back after doubts began to emerge over the performances of Eric Abidal, and his understudy Maxwell.
The Catalan's are also thought to be keeping a watchful eye on Ajax’s right-back Gregory van der Wiel, who is being tracked by a number of Premier League clubs, and Osasuna’s Cesar Azpilicueta.
