Everton hit by rent hike to use their training ground

Cash-strapped Everton will have to cough up £1.25million a year in rent just to use their own training ground.
Hudson Capital Properties, who own the state-of-the-art Finch Farm facilities, have put them up for sale at £15.3m.
But boss David Moyes won’t get a penny from the deal for new players.
