Everton keeper Tim Howard stars as USA beta Spain 2-0

Spain 0 USA 2 Everton keeper Tim Howard was the hero as America ended Spain's 35-match unbeaten run last night.
Jozy Altidore and Clint Dempsey were on target as the USA moved into the Confederations Cup final against either South Africa or Brazil.
Altidore brushed off defender Joan Capdevila to score a 27thminute opener. Then Sergio Ramos's error allowed Fulham striker Dempsey to net the clincher 16 minutes from time.
At the other end, Howard saved brilliantly from Fernando Torres, Cesc Fabregas and Ramos. America's Michael Bradley was sent off for a foul late on.
