Everton to offer Jose Antonio Reyes a Premier League return

Everton are set to offer former Arsenal playmaker José Antonio Reyes a return to the Premier League.
David Moyes believes he can resurrect the 25-year-old's career following a three-year nightmare which has seen Reyes struggle for form and fitness.
The attacking midfielder is available for a cut-price £4million after being told he is surplus to requirements by Atletico Madrid.
The Spanish club are hoping to use Reyes as a makeweight in a deal that would see winger Steven Pienaar move in the opposite direction, but Everton would prefer a straight cash deal.
