Atletico Bilbao boss Marcelo Bielsa is the shock name on Chelsea's hit list if they replace Andre Villas-Boas.
Despite maintaining he won’t be sacked, many critics believe Villas-Boas could go if the Blues are beaten by Napoli.

Ex-Argentina boss Bielsa, 56, is regarded as an innovator, is vastly experienced and has a strong reputation within the game.
Barcelona were even linked with Bielsa in the Spanish media as a potential successor for Pep Guardiola if he stands down in 2013.
Guardiola would be a dream ticket for Chelsea in the long term but owner Roman Abramovich saw Guus Hiddink take over at Anzhi last week and has few options. Ex-England boss Fabio Capello has also been linked.
