Exclusive: Tottenham will sign Andrei Arshavin in January

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is confident of landing Andrei Arshavin in a £15million deal in January.
Levy believes a verbal agreement has been struck with Zenit St Petersburg who resisted Spurs' attempts to sign the Russian striker, 27, during the summer.
One player on his way out of White Hart Lane is flop Hossam Ghaly.
The Egyptian midfielder said: "I can't carry on at Tottenham. I'm waiting for something else."
