FIFA rules scupper Everton loan move for Chelsea striker

Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku is going nowhere in January amid reports Everton are considering a loan move for the 18-year-old forward.

Lukaku has already played for both Anderlecht and Chelsea this season and is unable to feature for a third club under FIFA rules.
