Fergie on the brink of shock sacking (that's Darren Ferguson, not Sir Alex)

Darren Ferguson was called to a summit with his Peterborough United bosses last night as fears astonishngly grew that he would be sacked.
The son of Manchester United chief Sir Alex Ferguson has seen Posh get off to a poor start to the Championship campaign, losing at home to rivals Barnsley at the weekend.
And despite two successive promotions the young Scot is now feeling the heat - with ambitious chairman Darragh MacAnthony having talks with him about the future in a showdown meeting.
Ferguson junior was at a coaching course yesterday but then had to dash to learn his fate in a move that will surprise many in the game.
Posh have come from League Two through League One and also reached the last 16 of the Carling Cup until they lost at Blackburn Rovers last week.
Young Fergie has also been linked with bigger jobs since he followed his famous father into management, but he has stayed loyal to Peterborough United and will be hoping he gets some back.
Dad Sir Alex will also be stunned and watching developments. He has been supportive of his lad, sending players on loan and visiting London Road for a friendly.
