Saturday's Coca-Cola Championship matches at Cardiff and Blackpool were the highest-profile casualties of the recent snowfall as their matches against Leicester and West Brom respectively were postponed.
Both fixtures were subject to pitch inspections this morning and neither were able the pass the officials' tests with more matches set to fall by the wayside and join numerous earlier postponements.
The Championship match between Scunthorpe and Ipswich had been postponed earlier this morning.
In League Two, Cheltenham v Burton, Accrington v Barnet, Darlington v Northampton and Rotherham v Dagenham and Redbridge are off, and Port Vale v Chesterfield (10am) and Rochdale v Shrewsbury (10am) were set for inspections.
The fixtures already postponed were Colchester v Carlisle in League One and Aldershot v Bradford in League Two.
The clash between Bury and Macclesfield joined the growing list of postponements, also due to a frozen pitch.
Crewe v Torquay in League Two also fell victim to the weather in the early afternoon.
Last night's League Two clash between Hereford and Lincoln was also postponed while six of this weekend's Blue Square Premier matches are already off.
In Scotland, Ayr v Partick in Division One is off, as well as Cowdenbeath v Arbroath, Dumbarton v Alloa, Stirling v Stenhousemuir (all Division Two) and Annan v Livingston and Forfar v Berwick in Division Three.
