Holland coach Marco van Basten has promised a big shake-up in team selection for tomorrow's final group game with Romania in Berne.
"We don't talk about an 'A' team and a 'B' team. We have 23 full internationals," said van Basten.
The Dutch have already qualified but the fate of the other three teams in Group C hangs in the balance. France and Italy, who play in Zurich, will be out if the Dutch lose.
Dutch keeper Edwin van der Sar said: "It is only logical that some players will want to get some rest."
Robin van Persie, goal hero against France, could get a start for Holland.
