Hull could be set to offer Dietmar Hamann Premier League lifeline

Hull boss Phil Brown could be set to offer veteran midfielder Didi Hamann a Premier League lifeline.

Hamann is available on a free transfer after being released by Manchester City.

Brown is desperate to bolster his Tigers midfield with more experience ahead of the new season and is putting together a 12-month £20,000-a-week package for the German star.
