Holloway enrages Derby over Varney claims

Ian Holloway has stunned Derby County by claiming that he can buy striker Luke Varney for a knock-down £250,000 in the transfer window.

The Rams are raging at the Blackpool boss’s claim a clause in the loan deal could make the move ­permanent.

He said: “There’s nothing they can do about it.”
