Inter Milan would pay Patrick Vieira to join Tottenham

Inter Milan are ready to make up any shortfall in Patrick Vieira's wages to push through his proposed move to Spurs.
But the former Arsenal skipper is still not certain he can join his former club's big rivals.
Spurs are prepared to sign Vieira on a one-year deal worth up to £60,000 per week for the 33-year-old French midfielder as Harry Redknapp seeks to bolster his central options.
Vieira is tempted by a Premier League return, but his affinity with the Gunners remains an issue.
