Here's Carling Cup winner Wayne Rooney and his Manchester United team-mates as you've never seen them before - having an aerobic workout with james Corden as the personal trainer.

The video was first shown shown before Sunday's Cup Final victory against Aston Villa- and 'Smithy' will be seen putting more sportspeople through their paces during the BBC's big charity night on Friday March 19.
