Blackburn target Jerome Rothen is ready to fly in for talks with Sam Allardyce as he prepares to quit French giants Paris Saint- Germain.

Midfield schemer Rothen hopes to get out of his contract in France to clear the way for a move.

Rothen is seen as a long-term replacement for Turkish cult hero Tugay.
