John Arne Riise left 'speechless' with shame over own goal

John Arne Riise is so ashamed of his own goal gaffe that he can't bear to talk about it - even with his own family.
The Liverpool defender's brother Bjorn Helge revealed the depth of the pain felt by Riise over the horrendous mistake at Anfield that gifted Chelsea a 95th-minute equaliser.
Afterwards, clearly shellshocked, he would only comment: "What can I say? I'm just so ashamed."
But Helge, who plays for Lillestrom in Norway, revealed: "I tried getting in contact with John Arne after the game. Eventually he sent me back a text message saying 'I don't want to speak'.
"All he said in the text was 'I'm so disappointed. Give me a call back in a couple of days and we'll speak then'. We feel for him at the moment."
Liverpool penalty king Pepe Reina prays his special talent will not be required next week at Stamford Bridge.
Reina was the hero last year, breaking Chelsea hearts in a sudden death shoot-out at the end of a gripping Euro semi-final.
The Spanish keeper said: "I hope it isn't penalties to be honest because you never know with them.
"At the moment, though, 1-1 at Chelsea would be a great result for us. If it was then decided on penalties, we'd take that."
