West Brom have been told to cough up £4million to keep Argentinian Juan Carlos Menseguez.
The versatile South American, who can operate on the wing or upfront, has impressed since a January loan from San Lorenzo. But the Premier League basement Baggies will not be able to afford Menseguez, 25, if they are relegated -and promoted Midlands rivals Birmingham are watching closely.
