Juan Carlos Menseguez turns down WBA - and opts for Celtic

Juan Carlos Menseguez has snubbed West Brom and wants to join Celtic.

Albion hoped to sign the Argentine after his loan from San Lorenzo in January, and had even agreed a £2.5million fee.

But the player wants to follow ex-Baggies boss Tony Mowbray to Celtic.
