Juande Ramos pounds his Tottenham stars into shape

Juande Ramos has given his first-team squad a major warning by ordering them to shape up or ship out.
Ramos called in his players on Monday after a poor finish, telling them where they must improve. He also issued them with personal diet and fitness plans for the summer and the weight and shape in which he expects them to report back.
Tottenham won just three games in 12 after defeating Chelsea in the Carling Cup.
Striker Robbie Keane said: "We need to be doing better and everyone is focused on next season, so I think you'll see a different Tottenham - a team who'll be competing with the likes of Liverpool.
"There have been a lot of stop-starts with the change of manager. But it's no excuse.
"Next season, however, the manager will have had the players from the very start. He'll bring in his own men."
