Liverpool risk losing Rafa Benitez to Juventus

Liverpool could lose manager Rafa Benitez as they dangerously delay contract negotiations.
The Anfield boss has already registered on the radar of Juventus who look certain to part company with the hapless Claudio Ranieri.
And with Liverpool's American owners so far refusing to sanction an extension to their manager's current deal, which now has only 18 months left to run, there is a real risk he could be tempted away.
Juve have endured a dismal start to the season and the pressure is mounting unbearably on former Chelsea chief Ranieri.
The Italian club made an approach to Benitez a year ago and sources in Turin suggest they will make another attempt to lure the Spaniard in the new year.
Benitez is known to be concerned that his contract has been allowed to run down so close to its end. Joint owner Tom Hicks claimed SEVEN months ago that he wanted to give his manager an extension but has now gone ominously quiet on the subject, which suggests there is some resistance within the club towards a new deal.
