Hatters target Mad Dog Allen as new boss

Martin Allen is wanted as manager by Conference hopefuls Luton Town - with a deal on the cards in the next 24 hours.
Allen has been out of work since leaving Notts County but his record of turning round the fortunes of clubs in a hurry has impressed the Hatters.
Luton are still in the play-off hunt but their form has dipped dramatically, leading to Gary Brabin’s axeing. Now they hope Allen will answer their call.
