Bolton 'resigned' to losing England star

England centre-half Gary Cahill looks certain to leave Bolton.
The club are resigned to losing Cahill, a target for Manchester City and Arsenal, and want a package worth around £17m.
City have knocked back Owen Coyle’s cheeky suggestion to include Belgian centre-half Dedryck Boyata in any deal.
However, Eastlands chiefs do want to balance any spending by offloading some fringe players so they can contain their massive wage bill.
