City are turning into Barca says Yaya Toure

Yaya Toure reckons Manchester City are developing Barcelona’s winning mentality.
The midfielder knows what makes Barca tick, having won the Champions League and La Liga twice with Pep Guardiola’s side before joining City last year.
And he can see Roberto Mancini nurturing that same all-conquering mind-set in the Blues’ dressing room.
City’s 3-0 Champions League win over Villarreal was their seventh straight victory and they have rattled in 27 goals, including those six against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
“That’s what we want - to have the same mentality as Barcelona. And everybody is getting that winning mentality,” said Toure, who scored twice at Villarreal.
“The mentality we have in the squad is fantastic and if you want to win things, you need that.
“We had it at Barcelona and as players you need to be able to work, concentrate for 90 minutes in each game and then recover quickly to play again in three days.
“Every game we go out to play, we have to put pressure on ourselves to be winners.
“With the team we have now, everybody has that and everyone is improving.
“The team is evolving. Everyone enjoys themselves on the pitch and if we continue like this, it will be a fantastic year for us.”
After a poor start to the Champions League saw them take just one point from a possible six, City will reach the last 16 if they win at Napoli on November 22.
