Manchester City set to sign Ghana's Anthony Annan

New Manchester City boss Mark Hughes is ready to make Anthony Annan his first signing.

Hughes tracked the Ghana midfielder, 21, while at Blackburn.

Annan, currently at Norway's IK Start, has also attracted interest from Everton, Bolton and Middlesbrough.
