Manchester United have been hit by a blistering attack from Le Havre - with the French club accusing the Premier League champions of "pillaging" their best young player.
Le Havre have threatened to report United to FIFA and UEFA for the capture of France Under-16 international skipper Paul Pogba. Le Havre claim that Pogba is still bound to them this season by a trainee agreement.
The club said: "We want to express our anger at Manchester United's directors concerning Paul Pogba. They are pillaging Le Havre, and French football, for one of their best young players."
United declined to comment last night.
