Matt Mills to quit Doncastrer and join rivals Reading

Matt Mills is set to quit Doncaster and sign for Championship rivals Reading in a £1.5million deal.

Centre-half Mills will become new Royals boss Brendan Rodgers' first cash capture.

The 23-year-old has been targeted by Nottingham Forest all summer but will sign for Reading in a deal that will rise to £2m - with his debut set to be against Forest this weekend.
