Mick McCarthy: Management IS stressful, but I won't start smoking like Chelsea boss Ancelotti

Wolves boss Mick McCarthy admits managing in the Premier League is very stressful - but vows he will never start smoking like Carlo Ancelotti.
McCarthy, 50, was given the boot by Sunderland in March 2006 when they propped up the top-flight, 16 points from safety.
And promoted Wolves are now second from bottom after six games without a win.
But McCarthy has no plans to start puffing away like chain-smoking Chelsea counterpart Ancelotti ahead of Saturday's trip to Stamford Bridge.
"I don’t think it will ever get that bad that it will turn me to cigarettes,” said McCarthy. "I don't know when Ancelotti started but I shan't be.
"It is more stressful in the Premier League though because of the profile of us managers goes up and the intensity and interest increases.
"I think we should have more points and it would have been great to have 16 like Burnley.
"But we have dropped in the bottom three and we have every chance of still being there because we have Chelsea away."
Free-scoring Chelsea top the division after an impressive start under new Italian manager Ancelotti.
And McCarthy is very impressed at how Ancelotti has coped at getting his message across to Chelsea’s stars.
He added: "Whatever reputation you have got it can’t be easy to go in there when the club was a little bit broken.
"Would I like to work abroad? Yes I would but I couldn't communicate myself as well.
"Getting an interpreter to say it is not the same - it is hugely difficult.
"You can understand what has been said but how it has been said gets lost in interpretation.
“I think Ancelotti must just say keep it down to four before they go out!"
