Middlesbrough join chase to sign Aston Villa striker Marlon Harewood

Middlesbrough have joined the chase for unsettled Aston Villa striker Marlon Harewood.

The 29-year-old signed from West Ham in July 2007 for £4million, but is set to quit Villa Park in January.

Harewood has only made one Premier League start for Villa. Stoke and West Brom could also join the bidding.
