Middlesbrough want Leeds man Luciano Becchio

Middlesbrough boss Gareth Southgate wants to sign Leeds' Argentinian striker Luciano Becchio for £2million.

Becchio joined the League One club on a free transfer last summer and has scored 10 goals this season.

Now Southgate, who had the player watched last week, will put in a bid in January.
