Mario Balotelli had a typically action-packed weekend: first he had to call the fire brigade after setting off fireworks in his bathroom, then he popped up with the first two goals in Manchester City's 6-1 rout of rivals United.

His goals came after he was apparently pelted with fireworks by Manchester United fans as he got off the City bus at Old Trafford.
As the t-shirt message he revealed after scoring the opener on Sunday said: "Why always me?"
