Stoke expect defender Abdoulaye Faye to have recovered from a thigh injury to face his former club Newcastle at St James' Park tomorrow. A £2.25million summer signing, Faye will join two other former Magpies - Amdy Faye and Andy Griffin - in Stoke's ranks aiming for a first away win for the Barclays Premier League new boys.
Striker Dave Kitson (knee) is ruled out again, as is defender Ryan Shawcross (back) who is expected back in full training on Monday.
