John Ruddy reckons relegation favourites Norwich are safe this season after reaching 36 Premier League points.
Paul Lambert’s side are now 14 points clear of the drop zone with 10 games to go following the home draw with Wigan.
“I’m more than happy with the season so far,” said the Canaries No 1. “We were favourites for relegation and we should be okay. I don’t think we’ll have a problem at all - we should have more than enough points.
“There were a couple of moans and groans at the end of the game from fans but again that shows where we are and the expectancy of the supporters.
"They expect us to turn teams like Wigan over but in their position they are going to fight for everything and they didn’t look like a side at the bottom of the league.
“It wasn’t the sort of performance we expect from ourselves, but that’s an indication of how far we have come in a short space of time.”
