Nottingham Forest hope to make the loan signing of Joel Lynch permanent this summer.
The defender, 21, moved in September after he handed in a transfer request at Brighton.
He has since been a regular in the side as Forest battle for Championship survival.
Now boss Billy Davies wants to push through a £200,000 switch at the end of the season..
