Okuonghae extends Us deal

Magnus Okuonghae has signed a two-year extension to his current contract with Colchester United.
The 23-year-old has been in impressive form for the Us since joining them from League Two side Dagenham in the summer.
He has been an ever present for Colchester in both league and cup - the only player to have started every single game for the club so far this season - and has skippered the side since club captain Pat Baldwin suffered an injury at Southampton in September.
Manager Aidy Boothroyd told the club's website, "I am very pleased that we have managed to secure him to a new contract. I think we have got a future star on our hands and he is in the right place to develop and grow his career."
The centre-back's new deal will keep him at the Weston Homes Community Stadium until 2012.
