Opinion: Paul Ince-bashers strike unsavoury tone

I find it slightly strange that Paul Ince appears to be facing something of a backlash before he's even been in charge for 24 hours at Blackburn Rovers.
His commitment is being questioned, his lack of coaching qualifications subjected to fierce scrutiny, more fierce than if, say, Alan Shearer had got the job.
And the suggestion that there is widespread racism in football boardrooms is being openly ridiculed.
All of this rather helps make the point that Ince faced a tougher battle than many of his managerial colleagues to win his Premier League job.
Oh, and by the way, here's a quick quiz question for you.
Which current Premier League club was, within the last 10 years, owned by a man who made little secret of his racism?
The answer's quite funny when you think about it.
