Opinion: Paul Ince is better for Blackburn job than Shearer

Two of the candidates for the vacant manager's job at Blackburn Rovers are said to be Alan Shearer and Paul Ince.
I like Shearer. I think he's hard enough and ruthless enough to be a fine manager one day.
But if it's between him and Ince for a job at the helm of a Premier League club next season, surely there's only one choice.
In his first two jobs in management, Ince has been brilliant at Macclesfield Town and Milton Keynes Dons. He's worked hard, learned the ropes and achieved tremendous results.
In the same period, Shearer has been sitting on his backside on a sofa at White City.
His time will come but it is not now.
If there's any common sense in football, not to mention justice, Ince will be in charge at Ewood Park next season.
