Paul Ince confirmed as Blackburn boss despite missing course

Blackburn named Paul Ince as their new boss yesterday - despite his shock decision to fail to turn up for a coaching course.
Rovers announced that Ince would be their new manager on a three-year deal after talks with the Premier League about his lack of qualifications.
But eyebrows were raised about Ince's commitment to getting his badges following a no-show for a coaching session last week.
Ince was due to watch an FA of Wales class at Aberystwyth in a specially arranged visit. But the Welsh were stunned when Ince failed to show.
Rovers have been given dispensation by the Premier League for Ince to gain his badges within two years.
