Paulo Sousa lines up club record swoop for Millwall's Zak Whitbread

Swansea boss Paulo Sousa is lining up a club record £700,000 swoop for Millwall's Zak Whitbread.

The Swans are ready to pounce after the defender's move to Peterborough fell through earlier this week due to his wage demands.

Sousa is also weighing-up Southampton strikers Grzegorz Rasiak and Marek Saganowski as Saints try to cut their wage bill.
