Pearson: Deciding on Hull was easy

Nigel Pearson says he did not have to think twice about quitting Leicester for Championship rivals Hull.
Pearson, 46, has signed a three-year contract to become the Tigers` new manager after two years in charge at the Walkers Stadium. Hull were relegated from the Premier League last season amid severe financial struggles, yet Pearson is confident they can mount a serious promotion challenge.
He told the club`s official website: "Once I found out how much Hull City wanted me it became quite an easy decision for me. I had a pretty informal chat with Adam Pearson and Russell Bartlett and they talked about their aspirations and how they saw the club moving. "
He added: "They see me as somebody who has got a chance of realising those aspirations."
"We all want success and it's going to be a big challenge. There's quite a bit to do and, off the back of last season, there'll be a number of issues for us to address.
But it's an opportunity for me to come into a club and change things somewhat. I want to be successful and so do Hull City."
Pearson has brought two of his backroom staff - Craig Shakespeare and Steve Walsh - to the KC Stadium as assistant manager and head of recruitment respectively.
